If soft skills are aspects of how an artist works, then the exhibition SuperSoftSkills offers a forum for this "how" to become visible—where decisions, detours, and points of resistance within the material can make themselves heard. The exhibition brings together skills that elude conventional assessment and yet prove decisive: sustaining observation to the point of instability, rerouting existing systems, embracing detour as method, and allowing contradictions to remain unresolved. Eight artistic practices reveal how these approaches allow forms to take shape through processes that resist immediate interpretation.
